Dairy Farming
India is one of the largest milk producers of the world. The demand of milk & milk products is increasing rapidly.
There is immense scope of dairy farming in our country.
Dairy Farming from being a traditional family run business today has grown into an organized dairy industry with technological specializations in every part of the process. The tremendous growth in dairy farming equipment helps modern dairy farms to manage thousands of cows.
The Industry size can be gauged by the production capacity- an estimated 400 million litre per day currently,
which still does not meet the demand of the Consumers.
NACOF has been shortlisted to manage Government owned Gaushala in Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh), housing more than 7500 cows spread across more than 100 Beeghas.
