Membership
The Membership of the Federation is open to all four tiers of the cooperative sector i.e. National, State, District and Primary level Cooperatives besides Govt. of India, NCDC and State Governments. The societies interested to obtain membership of NACOF are required pay Share contribution @ Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 10,00,000/- depending upon their level/starting others are to contribute, as decided by the General Body exception in case of NCDC which is to purchase Shares valuing Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupess Ten Lakhs). The application form is appended.
Nominal Membership
Nominal Membership of NACOF is open to cooperative societies on payment of a nonrefundable admission fee of Rs. 25,000/-. However such members shall not subscribe to its share or have any interest in the management thereof including the right to vote elect as Director(s)/office bearers of the Board of Directors to participate in the General Body or any committee meetings or sharing of its profit, purchase rebate or liabilities. Such nominal members would be entitled to do business with the Federation on mutually agreed terms & conditions.

NACOF has been shortlisted by various State Govts. for Skill Development in their states as per the policy of the Central/State Govt.
